Stages are really important.?The stage of selling accounts for about 40% of the variance of income.?If one includes country as a predictor, it goes up to 50% of the variance.?It accounts for what kine of job you have in our society.?You can be overqualified but under qualified by a stage is even difficult.?How many research professors are just formal stage??In our research, none.?Stage is one of the most powerful variables there is.
