On that basis is any knowledge not a priori??Les asked about development, are you saying that the only "development" is greater communication and possibly access (self-communication?)?

Perhaps the very idea of development of a priori knowledge depends on how one relates the distinction between a priori and a posteriori to the distinction between analytic and synthetic.?For example, for Carnap who fused the two distinctions, the development of a priori knowledge would be the development of analytical knowledge, and empirically one could point to all the work on the development of logical necessity. But if that were your perspective, it seems to me you would not have asked your question.
So maybe elaborating on your position on the relation of the two distinctions, might help identify better what you are looking for.
