10月29日-11月16日我所所长何云峰教授应邀到香港大学做“田家炳访问学者”。以下是邀请信邮件：

Dear Dr He,

I refer to your visit under the Tin Ka Ping Visiting Fellowship Scheme during 29 October – 16 November 2012, may I give your further details on the logistics arrangements:

Accommodation
We have reserved a room at Robert Black College during your visit (however, 11 – 16 November 2012 is on the waiting list). The RBC will inform us if there is any cancellation. As the scheme is only covered 14 nights of accommodation, the extra 4 nights of accommodation will be paid by your pocket. For your information, the rate at RBC is $510/night.

Air-Ticket
The visitorship also carries with economy class airfare at the lowest available rate between Shanghai and Hong Kong. For reimbursement purpose, please keep all receipt/counterfoil of the air tickets and give them to us on your arrival.

Per diem allowance
The allowance at HK$500 per night for 14 nights will also be made ready before your arrival. Please come to the Office of Research in Room 125, Hui Oi Chow Science Building to collect it during office hours.

Itinerary
To enhance interaction between Faculty members and our visitors, we would like to invite visitors to give lectures/workshops. It would be appreciated if you could confirm us the seminar’s titles, abstract (100 – 150 words) and your brief bio for publicity.
