Way back, the library at Geneva University had card catalogues for the books, but that is way back, now of course superseded by electronic successors at the very time that "international interest" was in decline. I have no idea why anyone would want to know the exact number of translations in the exact number of languages - given that many of these translations are fallible creatures. But hey: you must have a good reason, so do share this.
