The 19th Biennial Meeting of ISSBD will be held in Melbourne, Australia in July 2006. An exciting program is taking shape with 8 eminent keynote presenters from 5 continents and invited speakers who are leaders in their field. Confirmed keynote speakers to date include Professor Andy Dawes (South Africa), Professor Lei Chang (China), Jacqueline Goodnow (Australia), Professor Maria Clotilde Rossetti Ferreira (Brazil), Professor Harlene Hayne (New Zealand), Professor Jacqui Smith (Germany) and Professor Michael Chandler (Canada).

The Program Committee now invites submissions for symposia and posters to be presented at the 2006 ISSBD Meeting in Melbourne, Australia. Submissions are welcomed from all those with an interest in research on human development. This includes ISSBD members, non-members, researchers, practitioners, and students.
